- You get
- Answered, worked, reported
ProComm works your referred, inbound and overflow leads by phone and your markets door to door with local teams. Our own platform follows each lead from hand-off to install, and you get the record.
Start with one segment. We take it on, work it the way you would, and report every lead back to you.
Calls and chats your sales floor can't answer fast enough, routed to ProComm closers.
Availability checks and form fills your team hasn’t worked. We call only where the lead’s permission record allows it, and log every attempt.
Abandoned orders and stalled quotes. A follow-up only inside the contact rules you set, and only where the permission record allows it.
A footprint that's built but not sold. A local team that lives there knocks it, and stays.
We built our own platform because spreadsheets lose leads. Every lead gets one record, and every step is stamped on it.
Leads arrive by API in real time, or by file or CRM export.
A closer trained on your offer calls, or a local rep visits.
The order goes into your system under the rep ID your program issues.
We follow the order until it's installed and active.
Your payment file is matched line by line to the lead.
Your leads only, with your order numbers, so your team can verify every line. Exceptions are listed, not buried.

Every promise below comes with something your team can see: a document, a record or a report line.
Every rep on your program is background-checked and sells under their own carrier rep ID. No shared logins, so every order traces to one person.
On request: onboarding checklistReps learn your plans, pricing and required disclosures, and pass a check before they sell for you.
On request: training record per repWe use only your approved offers and materials, in the form your agreement allows.
On request: approved materials listBefore outreach we check each lead’s source, permission record, do-not-call status and allowed contact methods. Leads that fail are held, not called.
On request: contact-permission logCancellations and chargebacks are tracked per rep and per team, so problems show up early and get dealt with.
On request: chargeback reportA named ProComm owner for your program, who answers when something needs fixing.
On request: escalation contactA starting point. On a call we map your own requirements to what we can show you, and name any gaps before launch.
A weekly file of every lead with your order and account numbers, matched line by line to your activation and payment files.

Launch planOrder confirmation with the customer, call review, complaints sent to you promptly, and a rep pulled from your program when warranted.
QA rubric · complaint logYour approved materials only. Data access, permitted uses, sharing, retention, deletion and return are written into the program agreement. Your leads go to no one you haven’t approved, and are never sold.

Request the diligence packWhichever channel works the lead, it lands on the same record and the same report.
Trained closers work referred, inbound and overflow leads, during the hours your customers call.
Setters and closers who live in the market they sell. They're there next month, and the month after.
About 10 partner organizations send us leads. Each works under a written agreement and reports through the same platform.
No big launch to bet on. A defined pilot, a scorecard agreed up front, and a review where you decide what's next. Dates below are illustrative; real ones are set after authorization, staffing, integration and permits.
Pick the leads or the market, the offer, and the contact and brand rules.
Leads flow to us by API, file or CRM export. Reps are credentialed and trained.
Calls and doors start. You get the report every week, with exceptions called out.
We go through the scorecard together. You expand it, change it or end it.
Something else? Ask us on a call. We'd rather you check than assume.
Your offer, your approved materials and wording. Reps clearly identify themselves as ProComm and accurately explain that we are an authorized sales partner of yours, with every disclosure the law and your program require.
Best is an API feed straight into our platform, so every lead is timed from the second it arrives. A daily file or a CRM export also works.
A ProComm rep, or a rep of a partner organization working under a written agreement with us. Either way they are background-checked, hold their own rep ID with you, and are trained on your offer. You get the roster, including which organization each person belongs to, before anyone sells. Your leads go to no one you haven’t approved, and we never sell them.
Before any outreach we check the lead’s source, permission record, do-not-call status and which contact methods are allowed. Opt-outs are honored and every attempt is logged. Door teams work within each city’s permits, solicitation hours and no-knock lists, and give the disclosures and cancellation notices that apply.
Usually per activated sale, under your partner program's terms, with chargebacks applied the same way. We'll work to the structure you already use.
Our longest record is as an authorized DIRECTV dealer. Internet (fixed wireless and fiber) is newer for us, which is exactly why we start every provider with a scoped pilot and a scorecard, so you judge us on your own results.
Coverage hours, lead volumes, territory, compensation and chargebacks, how leads are attributed, who handles install questions, and how your data is used, kept and returned. All in writing before the first call.
Yes. That's what the pilot is for: one segment, a scorecard agreed up front, a review at the end.
A 30-minute call with Ryan Pickering. We’ll tell you plainly whether we’re a fit, and what a pilot would look like.
